Show and tell is so much more fun here!!

OK, so this week I have been sick. I did not get out of the house as much as I had hoped, but there was one day I could not get out of.....Show and Tell! Laurel came to me when I was sick and weak, and asked if she could bring her sister for show and tell. I said yes..and the rest is history, or at least scrap booked! :) Laurel had to read a poem, a joke, a news article , and a story to the class before she could show what she brought. Addison did great until she tried to steal grapes from a boy. I thought mice stole cheese. Who knew.... check the pics out.

Snow here we come!!

I have to do a "Shout Out" to Papa and Miss Debbie for the girls sweet snow clothes!

They look so cute , and I can't wait to see them playing in the snow!!!

Soccer Dave!!

So, the other day Dave had to go coach a soccer game. This not anything new for our family, but the girls and I went this time! It was fun to watch Dave in the "ZONE", and I think the girls had a great time too.

Swimming

With Winter coming, and the prospect of being holed up in our apartment for six months looming, we decided to join the Orem Community Rec Center. It is a great facility, and our favorite part is the pool. Indoors, huge, and just the right temperature. Misty's favorite part was buying Addie's swimsuit, which is modeled below:

Lions...and Tigers...and Bears...and Aethomys Namaguensis...Oh My!!

So we decided going to the BYU Life Science Museum, named after everyone's favorite BYU Professor guy, Monte L. Bean. It was a lot of fun, and we saw a great deal of specimens (that's Monte L's favorite word). It just means animals.Check it out.

I'm no Hallo-weenie

So Halloween is coming up, and we are starting to get ready for it. It started with the arrival of a package from Grandma and Grandpa Bingham (thanks for our stuff!). We have evidence of the arrival, as documented below:

September 11th

Well I thought I would let everyone know that....there is a American Flag Fairy!

I got home form the gym at 7:00am this morning and everything was normal, but an hour later I went out side and there were American flags in every persons yard? I'm so crazy David had to tell me that our ward did it for September 11th. How cool is that?

Just to make you smile!

Is this blog worthy of a webkinz?

So I, David "El Nacho Macho" Bingham, have thrown down the proverbial BLOG gauntlet. I have challenged Laurel to write our next BLOG. She does not want to do it. She is a lilly-livered can't blog ninnypants. So I upped the ante a bit and told her that I would buy her a Webkinz if she writes a BLOG that is deemed BLOG-worthy by those who read it. So read it, vote, and prove my point, that Laurel is, indeed, a lilly-livered can't blog ninnypants. Good day.

So here, is the BLOG: Dear, family I love you. I am writing about you. David is strong enough to lift up a truck .Mommy gets me up and I dress up stylish stuff for school. Every body is special in there own special way. Even me, mom, Dave, Addie, and you!

LOVE LAUREL SMITH.

I Just wanted to CRY!!

Well here is a cute picture of my beautiful daughter Laurel. Look close you may see her BROKEN TOOTH!!! That's what happens when you run face first into the road. I thought she knew the road was not soft?

Wolfs R' Me

So, as some of you may know, I am a Wolf Pack Leader now (or, as they say in the "Biz", the Head Woof). I have been scared out of my mind for days wondering what I was going to do with four eight year old boys (besides just lock them in a closet until their parents showed up). So as luck would have it, I did make it through the meeting today. Good thing I had the brownies (and the Ritalin in them)! I would have to say now I don't feel so bad about Laurel being Hyper...I had it today times four!!

Later Taters.

Labor Day

Over Labor day weekend we hung out with my cuz Amy, and went to the National Sheep Dog championship in Solider Hollow. It was cold (40 degrees) rainy muddy, but lots of fun. Who knew dogs could herd sheep in different patterns, or that they could herd ducks! So, I thought I would post some pics of our day. I hope everyone enjoys them.

Happy Birthday Shane!!
