Christmas Day!! WooHoo

Well, we would like to say thanks to all our awesome parents. You all made this Christmas awesome. It took us two hours to get threw opening all our presents..WOW! I tried hard to keep up some of our families traditions and our new ones. I cooked candies for days and we delivered them to all the neighbors and we even sung a Christmas carol. On the eve of Christmas we read to story of Christ birth with the girls and tracked Santa on the computer, wrote our letter, Dave and laurel baked cookies together for Santa. On Christmas we had munches and little smokes until I had our dinner made. So basically we munched and played all day. We love you all and missed you all very much. Merry Christmas.

Bad economy....what bad economy?

Ok... so we love all our grandparents!!! Christmas is going to awesome this year.

SNOW!!!!! We are loving it!!

Today the big snow storm came I'm like 6-0, so I am still filling good trying not to get to big of a head. Dave went out and took some pics. Laurel went and played in it after crying about her snow clothes....she did not like the way they made sounds when she moved. After I helped her get over that she was glad to gave them seeing how she was not cold or wet.

SNOW!!!!! Me: 2 Snow: 0

The snow has arrived. I have driven two days in it and have not crashed yet, so I am feeling good about that! Besides being scared to death when I am driving it beautiful. I like stomping around in it. Laurel has had to walk to school as it was falling, but I think she liked it. Addison was like what is this crap? She would freak out if I put he down in it. Thankfully the little girl up stairs was running in it and Addison likes to do everything she does, so she relaxed and did the same. I have taken some pics of the view from my car...and yes I did come to a complete stop before taking this photos. :)

Our Non-Christmas card photo!

Ok, so Dave and I are making a purchase tomorrow that will leave our budget very small this month, so we can't send cards with our family picture this year. If you love us and you like this photo I can e-mail it to your nearest Wal-Mart for your pick up pleasure. So just let me know!

Merry Christmas

Laurels Ginger Bread house.

So, last night we made our traditional gingerbread house. I truly think the hardest part is the crappy icing....Why don't they give you good stuff or gosh what about a receipt to make it your self. I guess next year I will have to research before hand and find a receipt that rocks. Well that's all I have to say about that. Check out her work of art!

Laurel and Addison's first trip to Temple Square.

Christmas is a common!

For Family home evening we bought our Christmas tree, and Tuesday night we decorated it. It was nice listening to Christmas music and just hanging out with one another. I am happy to report that Addison has not pulled the tree over....yet. She just pulls off the pol er bear and says woof woof. I hope all of our family and friend out there are having a wonderful holiday season thus far. We love and miss you all!

Hugs for Utah!!

Turkey Day!!

After many discusstons about whether we should go to Boise or should we not...We did! I am so glad I did not let the snow keep me from going. The whole driving in the snow idea scares the crap out of me, and the fact that it did not even snow made me feel even worse about all my worrying. We all had a blast...we were all like the Energizer Bunny, just going and going and going. We arrived to a nice dinner with Aunt Shauna, Uncle Randy and cousin Krista. It was nice and relaxing. Next day we were off...Up by 8 am at Grandma's...by 9am back to Shuanas...by 10am cooking, watching football, eating game food....lots of people started to show up, including Uncle Larry and Aunt Diana!! Then we ate and ate and ate. The next day we were off at 4:15 am for BLACK FRIDAY!! WOOHOO! I had a blast with Shauna and Krista. Elmo, we came, we saw, we beat some old lady up...but you're Addie's!! Later that day we got to see Grandma Binghams grave and the area was beautiful. We also went to the Fastival of Trees, and celebrated Uncle Larrys birthday and mine. Our last day with the Idaho Binghams we went to the Boise Holiday Parade. It was cold and started to rain, but we had fun none the less. We had blankets, chairs, mittens, scarves...well you get the picture. Before we said our good byes Uncle Randy took us to lunch at this awsome pizza place, The Flying Pie. All in all we had a great time, and it was great to meet the rest of the fam!
